Claudia lives and breathes food.
Over her extensive career she has been working as a Dietitian, NPD Technologist for Mars, and Nutrition and Regulatory Affairs Expert in the Airline Catering industry. She is currently completing her MSc in “Sustainable Food Quality for Health” at the University of Reading and is getting ready to launch herself back into the Food Industry.
She is the proud owner of a well assorted spice rack that comes to good use when she is cooking for charitable causes and has become pretty good at vegan baking during the lockdown.
