Products will be judged based on their nutritional qualities, quality of ingredients, health benefits, taste, texture and more.
All entries will receive valuable feedback from our expert judges.
Cost of Entry
Entries cost £90 / product. This covers the cost of admin, organising, judging and product promotions – including the People’s Choice Award. Each product can enter into up to 3 categories, additional categories cost £30.
If you are a micro-business and make your products fresh, please enter into our Freshly made / Small producers category. This is only open for businesses who sell at their own premises, markets or a few local shops and make everything in small batches and fresh.
There are 25 categories to choose from to ensure that products are judged against similar products. The Wild Card Category is for truly unique products and for those that do not fit other categories. We revise the categories every year.
Unless exception is given in your category, all entries must be free from gluten, dairy, refined white sugar and artificial flavours and sweeteners.
3 Special Awards
In addition to our Category Awards we are proud to recognise entrants who go the extra mile for the environment by using organic ingredients, fairtrade, sustainable production method, recycled packaging or donate a portion of their profits to good causes.
