    Annie Seeley BSc (Hons) RNutr is a Registered Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition and spent 9 years in the organic sector (plant based). Annie has worked in children’s nutrition and public health for both companies and charities, the organic sector and providing one to one advice for individuals for over 20 years.

    She is passionate about promoting a way of eating that incorporates as much whole and fresh foods as possible that contribute positively to overall diet, cooked from scratch and grown in harmony with nature.

    The gold standards in nature friendly farming and food production are organic and biodynamic as they are underpinned by a set of legal standards for pesticides, animal welfare, additives, ingredients and production methods. These systems provide nourishing food from the soil up.

    She offers nutrition services to companies, including nutrition guidance and advice, nutrition analysis of recipes and menu and nutrition content.

    She also offers one to one nutrition consultancy to individuals and families that want to improve the way they eat, so they are healthier and more energised.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Nutrition Degree, and registered with the Association for Nutrition, have worked for charities and food companies and now more 1-1 for clients. Organisations worked with include Organix, First Steps Nutrition, British Heart Foundation, Sustain, Food Commission, Centre for Food Policy at City university, various nurseries, Big Food Lotteries Grants, Organic Trade Board, Soil Association, Sure Start working with mothers and their babies and toddlers.
