Barbara Cousins is a Nutritional Therapist and author. Her first book ‘Cooking Without’ was one of the first of the healthy eating cook books to be published. That was over 25 years ago and it’s still in print today. Barbara was a pioneer of gluten, dairy, sugar and yeast free recipes and followed her first book with two more in the ‘Cooking Without series. Her recently published fourth book ‘Easy Tasty Healthy’ is free from soya and eggs as well as gluten, dairy, sugar and yeast.
