    Nicki has 15 years fine food industry experience and worked as a head buyer. She launched Diverse Fine Food with Mark Wiltshire, a thriving company, selling quality unique, artisan food products into UK and Europe’s independent food retailers. Diverse fills the shelves of Farm Shops, Delis and many Iconic London Stores including Selfridges, Harrods, Sourced Market, Bayley & Sage, they also deal with many boutique hotels supplying ever evolving mini bar options.
    Nicki is a Great Taste Award Judge and a Seed Fund Mentor, in her spare time she runs marathons and cycles, for fun, but also for various charity events.
