Vicki is a scientist and mum to a child with coeliac disease who also had allergies to eggs and cows milk protein as a baby.
A recipe developer and blogger, she has developed the world’s first wholegrain gluten-free and rice-free flour blend.
Recently she also created the first online programme to support people who are new to the gluten free diet.
In addition to this, Vicki is passionate about teaching people how to cook wholesome free from food. She is often found giving cookery demonstrations at food festivals and events and she provides personalised individual cookery lessons both online and in person.
She has created recipes for brands ranging from Schar, Nature’s Path, Udi’s, Indigo Herbs, Grana Padano, A2 Milk Company to Iceland Foods and a whole lot more.
Her blog has recently been listed as the number one allergy friendly food blog in the UK by Foodies 100 and her plain flour was given a silver award in the Free From Food Awards 2017.
